Selling from EU to SA - VAT issue

Hi everyone,

We are only selling FBA in EU and UK. One of our products were sold to Saudi Arabia through amazon.fr and shipped automatically.

We don't have any tax liability or number in the SA. So my questions are:

1. Should the invoice include 15% tax for SA or 20% tax for France?

2. How can we make the tax payment to the SA?
