Wrongfully tagged As Fine Jewelry
Hi, I have been selling a necklace on Amazon for a few months now, and recently, Amazon tagged it as "Fine." The products I sell are not fine; they are just fashion jewelry. According to Amazon's requirements, a product can be gold-plated and still fall into the fashion category. My ASIN that is blocked is B0DLZ41R5L and my case number is 17235380601. I have seen other sellers get help on similar cases and I am very hopeful for help on my product. I have tried appealing the application with no luck. I would sure like to be able to restock and continue business with Amazon. Please help me if you can. Thanks!

Apologize for the delayed response. I have gone ahead and escalated CASE ID 17235380601 to one of our partner teams to review along with the other 2 cases so they have as much information as possible for the appeal to see if ASIN B0DLZ41R5L can be classified as Fashion Jewelry. I cannot guarantee any changes to the outcome of what you have already heard from support, but it never hurts to get another pair of eyes to review the case. I wanted to reach out to you as I heard back from one of my colleagues who mentioned that you can try and send through a category specific file and find grade_rating (Column U) and put in fashion jewelry to see if that helps change ASIN B0DLZ41R5L category from fine jewelry to fashion jewelry.

Here are the steps to take to update your ASIN's category:
- Visit -->this<-- part of the category file help page and download the template for Jewelry.
- When the Excel sheet opens, go to the tab titled 'Template'
- Fill out the necessary columns for a 'PartialUpdate' (which you will add in column C)
- You will need to expand out the hiding columns by clicking the "+" sign above column AF.
- That will open up hidden column "U" which is the grade_rating column where you will enter 'fashion jewelry'
- Then you can save the Excel Sheet and upload it in the Add a Product page following the steps outlined -->HERE<--
