We are global sellers from the India market selling on Amazon UK. As per Amazon’s own Payment Service Provider Programme (PSPP), sellers are required to use a participating Payment Service Provider (PSP) to receive disbursements. PingPong is an officially approved PSP under this program, as listed in Amazon’s own disbursement solutions list.

However, despite following this policy and providing all required documents—including the PingPong welcome letter and bank statement—our submission is being rejected. The only way might be to tag in some forum moderators who might be able to steer you in the right direction, but their powers are very limited too. You need to tag moderators by typing @ then selecting their name from the dropdown so highlighted in blue eg. @Julia_Amazon

The partner team has informed that the following address verification documents are acceptable:

  • Certified bank letter
  • Council tax bill
  • Utility bills (gas, water, electricity, TV, internet, mobile phone, or landline)
  • Bank statements (from traditional banks, not third-party financial services providers)
  • Credit union or building society statements
  • Credit card statements or bills
  • Mortgage statements
  • Rent receipts from local council or letting agents
  • Benefits agency letters

Please ensure that any document you submit meets these criteria:

  • Shows the individual's name and residential address, plus the provider's logo
  • Is dated within the last 180 days
  • Is not a screenshot
  • Matches the information in your Seller Central account
  • Is in one of the supported languages (including English, Hindi, Tamil, and others)

You can upload these documents in the "Settings" section of Seller Central. Once you provide the correct address verification document meeting these requirements, we will be able to proceed with your account verification.
