DROP SHIPPING POLICY VIOLATION-NO DROPSHIPPING

I received an email my account is being reviewed for a drop shipping violation. However all my labels have been purchased from amazon buy shipping and shipped from my local USPS,UPS and Fedex.I have never drop shipped any of my products and have them in stock. I do not understand why my account was flagged. I use boxes with no logos to never create any confusion from customers. Can somebody chime in with ideas on what could have gone wrong?

Nobody can know what has gone wrong. Just reply to this email with all the proofs of purchasing BEFORE getting the order and show the trackings.

If you sell brands, another problem is around the corner. I hope you know that you need:

1. A "Letter of Authorization" from the brand allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.

2. INVOICE (not receipt) from an authorized distributor. An invoice is a document with your name and address, exactly how you registered it in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address". And an authorized distributor is a company authorized by the brand owner.
