Appealing a chargeback claim

Can someone tell me how to appeal a chargeback claim I just lost for order ID. 114-9351126-8617869.

I thought I had a decent case as the item was never returned to me when return request was opened and than opened a chargeback a month later and buyer won. Package was even signed for.

Chargebacks are decided at the bank level, not Amazon. So there is nothing to appeal here.....

Thank you for posting here at the forums.

Chargebacks are complicated, you're responsible for chargebacks filed against your account for service-related reasons, such as non-receipt of the product.

Amazon is responsible for any payment-related fraud chargebacks, such as stolen credit cards or other payment fraud attempts.

Do you have a case ID associated with this order ?
