Complimentary product
Hello, I recently received a 3 star review because my product "wasn't as described" even though I specifically address what the buyer is saying in the description.
I would like to reach out to the buyer to thank them for the feedback and let them know that in a respectful manner. I would also like to offer them a complimentary product which is also available on Amazon (because they said they liked a certain feature of my product). I know it's against terms of service if I ask them to remove or change the review so I won't be doing that. But I'm hoping they will change it to a 4-5 star once they see it's not the fault of the product.
If they accept to receive the complimentary product, what's the best way to go about this? Can I send it to them through Amazon? Do I need to ask for their name & address to create an MCF order or is there a way for Amazon to do it for me?
Thanks

Assuming you are talking about product review, not seller feedback -- sellers are forbidden from contacting buyers regarding product review -- not for any reason.
The sole exception is through brand registry, and then only if Amazon supplies a link, and it will be an Amazon message.
