I've been experiencing a prolonged lack of response from Amazon regarding a critical issue with my account. As an FBM seller on Amazon.com based in Turkey, I've been trying to open my European account. Unfortunately, my European account was suspended due to a missed verification email. Despite my persistent efforts to re-verify via email over the past several months, I've only received automated responses. Moreover, upon redirection to the verification page, I found all buttons to be locked, and the required documents are not specified.
This situation is deeply concerning. It begs the question: are Amazon's support channels solely automated? As a seller, it's disheartening to face such challenges in reaching out to Amazon for assistance. This difficulty in communication undermines the trust necessary to sustain my business on the platform.
