Since October 15, 2024, my Amazon account has been suspended under Section 3. Throughout this process, I have provided all the requested documents in full. Initially, I submitted the required documents during the video verification. Later, I also responded to additional document requests without any omissions.
Despite submitting all necessary documents, I keep receiving standard template responses, and there has been no clear explanation regarding the progress of my case. Furthermore, I have faced serious accusations, including claims that my documents are fake and that I have engaged in misleading or fraudulent activities.
I would like to receive a clear and detailed response regarding the status of my account. If anyone else has experienced a similar issue, I would appreciate any insights on how they managed to resolve it.
