FBA New Seller Incentives Program Benefits Not Received
This is regarding the "up to $400 in inbound placement fees" and the "$100 for using Amazon's Partnered Carrier for Shipping" through the FBA New Seller Incentives Program which I enrolled in in May of 2024, and started selling on Amazon FBA for the first time in my life in June of 2024.
- My current Case ID for the request to get this resolved with Selling Partner Support is: 15974836811
- My case was started by myself for the second time on September 6th, 2024.
- The first attempt was in July where I was wrongfully mislead into believing that I was not eligible for this incentive yet because I did not have an IPI score assigned to me yet but that is not what Amazon's policies stated that I am still eligible without an IPI
For Seller Support Agents who monitor these posts: Please review all the evidence, images, screenshots of my account and the policies on Amazon that I have provided numerous times throughout this case and have been told to "wait 1-2 or 1-3 business days for a resolution" and no one has anything to say to me about it at all even though I already tried to ask about this in July as well and Amazon's policies state that sellers receive these funds 10 days after their products get checked in at a fulfillment center.
- New Seller Incentives Not Received as Promised Prior to Shipping to FBA
- $400 Inbound Placement Fee Rebate/ $100 Credit for the use of Amazon's partnered carrier program for shipping my inventory to an Amazon fulfillment center
- New FBA Seller
- I started selling on Amazon as an FBM seller a few years ago and for the first time in may of 2024 I purchased my first shipping label to send my inventory to an Amazon fulfillment center to switch to becoming an FBA seller. My first batch of inventory reached an Amazon fulfillment center in June of 2024 so that was when my first buyable asin was available on Amazon.com as an fba seller.
- Prior to shipping my inventory to the fulfillment center, I I enrolled in the Amazon FBA New Seller Incentives Program and the FBA New Selection Program that I was previously never eligible for because it was only for professional selling accounts who participate in Amazon FBA to kind of try to persuade the FBM sellers to switch to FBA.
- This case has been opened since 9-6-2024 for money that was intended to be credited to my account 10 days after Amazon received my first ever shipment to FBA which was in June of 2024.
- I have contacted Amazon several times about this and always get told to "wait" until eventually someone randomly comes in and closes out my case... So once again, I am following up today to ask - What is going on with the $100 New Seller Incentive credit for using Amazon's Partnered Carrier program? And what happened to the $400 credit I was also promised prior to sending in my first ever FBA shipment for a rebate for inbound placement fees?
- I have always been a professional seller on Amazon so that's not an issue
- I have been provided every excuse in the book of why I'm not eligible to receive this credit including but not limited to the fact that it shows that there was $100 credit was already dispersed to me on my new solar incentives dashboard but it's nowhere to be found on my payments tab..
- Which leads me to the next excuse that I've been provided which was that I was potentially not charged for one of my shipments and that's where that credit was issued without necessarily having a reconciliation in my reports or payments tab
- I was charged for every penny of these shipments and get told every single time I contact Amazon that my case needs to be redirected to a “higher level of support”.
- For example on October 23 2024 I was informed by the phone Rep that I spoke to that my case was going to be transferred to level 4 or level 5 support and that I should hear back from them with a reply within 1 to 2 business days.
- Another example of my attempt at following up with Amazon was on October 15th 2024 I was promised by the Rep that I spoke to that her supervisor was going to keep their eyes on my inquiry with the promise to insure that I will have my case addressed within 1 to 3 business days.
- My case ID for this attempt at getting this situation resolved is literally 4 pages long. I've never ever seen a case stay open for so long without being able to have the proper level of authority getting involved in order to resolve my concerns. Amazon is usually so much better at handling any issues that arise and I'm so surprised that no one cares to help me or everyone's telling me that they don't have the authority to help me.
- There are so many more failed attempts I have made in asking for help in receiving the credits for this program that I am still actively enrolled in.
- I really want to continue sending in more inventory and I can really use the help financially to get this done. I was looking forward to the help in starting up with FBA.
- Towards the $100 Shipping, I have spent a total of $136.41 with sending in 5 shipments to FBA using Amazon’s Partnered Carrier Program.
- Towards the $400 credit for inbound placement fees, I have spent a total of $130.47.
- My desired resolution is to hopefully get the $100 credit and $130.47 credit (out of the $400) placed into my funds to not even be dispersed to me but to be available to spend on sending in my inventory that I have on hand at home waiting to be sent to FBA.
- I currently have over 750 products/units inactively listed on my account as FBA product listings. In addition to those items, I have an additional 800 units that would belong to one product listing that I will need to also send to FBA after my selling application has been approved for these items. Basically, my investments have been going towards nothing but inventory with the hopes that Amazon would eventually provide me with these credits.
