We are a business based in Canada selling on the Amazon US Marketplace.
We received the notice - as it looks like many sellers are! - to obtain and maintain a valid commercial liability insurance policy for all products once your gross proceeds in sales exceed USD 10,000 in any month, or if requested by Amazon. Proof of insurance to be provided by March 31, 2025.
Can anyone recommend a provider?
