Amazon support team waste of time
There is no seller support. They either do not know what they are doing or just do not give a crap. I tried calling but I could not get ahold of anyone that spoke English so that was a waste of time. its not happens one time its happens multiple times when ever we need their support they are just waste of time they don't have any knowledge what we talking to them and what they are saying to us. A trillion-dollar $ company with the worst of the worst customer service ever. Customer service is useless and a waste of time. I come to a point where they can keep my goods and money as they need it more than me.
We request to Amazon kindly provide us also the option of your advance or internal team direct option. That gona helps the sellers to resolve their issues instantly in a correct way

I don't know where you called, but seller support has no phone number.
So, maybe you called "customer service"? You don't have to deal with customer service. You are not a customer but a seller. You have to create a case under "Help" in seller central and describe your issue and seller support will answer.
But you will have the best results if you create a new thread in this forum describing your specific issue.
