Vine Enrollment Error - Error 414
Hello, we have just got accepted into brand registry and we have changed the name on our ASIN that we would like to enroll in Vine to reflect the exact name on the PDP, however, we are getting an error every time we try to enroll the product. This is error 414, saying that we do not have any eligible listings. We are meeting all of the criteria to enroll in Vine.
I reached out to seller support and they said that the ASIN is not registered under our brand on brand registry and told us to change the name to match. We have changed the name and this error persists. Please help to resolve this situation!
