Account level reserve

My Last payment was not disbursed due to incorrect bank information. I fixed the banking information immediately which has been verified. but now the whole payment including the open statement is now in Account Level Reserve. Account Health is 1000 and have been selling on amazon for the past 8 years. Case id 16468544751

When a disbursement fails, funds will be carried over into the next settlement period for transfer to your bank if account level reserve permits. I do see you have positive net balance right now.
