Cannot add existing ASIN to inventory
Hi there, This seems to crop up from time to time. I have 2 products. They already exist in the Amazon Catalogue, I am permitted to sell them and there are multiple offers on both listings. Amazon lets me go through the process of adding the listing. However, they never appear in my inventory and when I get my drafts they throw up and error:
There is no record of the SKU corresponding to this update on your account. This commonly occurs when there are other issues on your SKU.. SKU 2K-V96F-0YLW does not match any ASIN and contains invalid values for attributes required for creation of a new ASIN. New ASIN creation requires the following attributes, for which this SKU provided invalid attribute value(s): merchant_suggested_asin.The merchant suggested ASIN is a valid attribute, I also get this error when uploading a template to add inventory. I have even scanned the product barcode in the seller central app and added it that way. Same problem. I have tried to communicate with Seller Support and they have not come close to understanding my issue. Has anyone any pointers here?
