We are not covered anymore even using Amazon buying shipping when A-Z claim with delivery????
I have an order, purchased Amazon buy shipping shipped and delivered on time
Customer said did not get it, we explained item shows delivered and customer can contact Amazon if he has question, this kind of claim used to covered by Amazon and this is why we been using Amazon buying shipping for years, in fact , stated in their policy, this should be covered.
However, this order is denied with reason "you did not provide sufficient evidence. "
we know A-Z claim interface has changed and we did provide tracking number and everything, what is going on ? I just want a decent explanation and if Amazon buy shipping does not cover delivery fraud, maybe we should not use it anymore.

However, that is completely irrelevant.......Amazon refunded the customer because you violated policy and I would be really quiet about it, just last week there was a post from someone that got suspended for it. Here is their post

We have had plenty of packages not get scanned the first day they were dropped off at USPS, but when this was finally scanned it was still at your local post office 3 days later. There is also the issue of Amazon counting non shipping days towards your expected arrival date especially involving weekends which can also cause the loss of the A-Z. If you are an experienced seller you should have known when you saw the package wasn't scanned until the 14th that you would lose the claim and have not made a post asking why it happened. While it may not be your fault it is your responsibility.
