Books-Where is the list of inventory sold by ascending and descending in order by date sold now
I am no longer able to see my inventory that I have sold in ascending and descending in order by dates sold. Is it hiding somewhere where I cannot seem to locate it? I can only find inventory date created and date sold and they are not in the order I sold them. Any help would be appreciated as we no longer have access to this information through the old mode.

Those sort of records should reside with you. All records should reside with you.
Keeping old sold items in your Amazon inventory is just inviting trouble.
Inactive listings should be deleted (not just closed -- deleted) on a regular basis.

Agreed! I too need to locate inventory based on dated created. For now, the only option I've found is to locate that sale in your out of stock inventory, click edit, the start date is shown within.

Click on “Last Updated.” When you sell a book, make sure to mark it as “Inactive” in the other box area. For current inventory, select “Active.” It took me a bit to figure this out, but eventually, everyone will get used to it. I know it’s a bit of a hassle, but I managed to get the hang of it last week.
Get used to this system; it’s actually not that bad.

i've used Art of Books for my inventory management since 2008, and all those features are included.

On the new manage inventory page goto listing status (middle) and use the drop down to inactive. On teh left Sort by choose what you need.

You can change your preferences to have the inventory new to old, and all and not active--you just have to change your preferences.
Unfortunately, the date the item was originally listed is inside the listing and you have to enter edit function to see when it was originally listed.

I know what you are saying. I sell FBM and don't list all my inventory at one time. When one sells, I look for duplicates in my unlisted stock. Now I have to go to my orders to see what sold, then look in my inventory to see if I still have any listed.
We should not have to keep track in a separate system when Amazon should be able to provide it. I am not sure what kind of records should reside with us. There is a list of inventory in Amazon and we should be able to sort is as needed.

We too would like to know how to find this. Why on earth did the IT people need to mess it up? When will they stop playing these horrible hide and seek games with us? They make it so very hard to run our businesses. Thank you Raised Right for asking this. question.
