Shouldn't I be the featured offer if I am the only one who has this item?
I have 2 books on Amazon which I have published. 'Secrets of the Unknown...Alan Class' is one. I have it at £19.99 and £2.80 P&P. It is shown and featured because no one else has copies. I have no complaints with that. I've just listed my new book 'Light and Dark the art of Lee Elias'. It's £19.99 plus £2.80 postage. Amazon has taken the featured offer position themselves and are offering it at £19.99 with free postage and available in October!! I'm the publisher sitting here with hundreds of copies available now. Amazon doesn't have copies and won't have copies in October!! Why have they done that? Is it even legal to offer something you don't have and will never have? I've tried going through the contact channels and spent many hours talking to 3 different people who just deal with general enquiries and can't look at my inventory or do anything. The runaround has been exasperating. I need Amazon to remove their offering of my book which they don't have so that my current offer will be the featured (and only) offer. What can I do?

Amazon pull book details from Nielson and seem to list everything whether or not they can supply it or not, even long out of print titles.

So you have your own book and are the only one who has copies, and Amazon are offering it for delivery in October?
If you are the sole publisher then there are definitely copyright issues here, but I am guessing you would have to prove that to Amazon.
