Amazon please assist regarding reconciliation of Returns Processing Fee
Has anyone successfully reconciled their FBA Returns Processing Fees?
@Bryce_Amazon I am directing this next question to you as you had an original post explaining this fee, but it is now locked.
Why is Amazon not including order numbers on the Returns Processing Fees Report for the returns we are being charged for?
If Amazon is calculating a number of units per SKU to charge - then they have the order numbers that those units correspond to.
Many of our returns are due to the buyer changing their mind, etc. and, according to your post and Amazon guidelines, we are not being charged for these returns. However, attempting to reconcile these is nearly impossible. How do we know which of the returns we are being charged for in order to reconcile or request a correction?
This information needs to be disclosed to sellers in the monthly fee report. You have the technology and the information - this should be a no-brainer
We need transparency. Please address this.
