OTDR going down because UPS didn't pickup
OTDR going down because UPS didn't pickup January 6 due to a snow storm. We are in dayton Ohio and UPS did not pick up on January 6 because of a large snow storm, but we are being held accountable for not shipping on January 6? I thought the OTDR was suppose to adjust for bad weather?
