Using that tracking information (1ZR83V540372604159), I see UPS stating: "Currently, we are not able to provide the tracking details. We can’t locate shipments if we haven’t received information from the shipper yet, or if the package information is older than 120 days." Can you confirm you see the same when searching? Did UPS pick up this shipment, and do you have documentation of that? Let me know and we can determine how to proceed.
