orders shipped today not showing in transactions/payouts

we have shipped over 20 orders today 12/8 Sunday - normally orders show up 15-30 minutes after shipping. No orders from today are showing in our transactions page nor has our payout total (scheduled to disperse tomorrow) has shown any increase. Is this just a delay due to overall volume of orders? We have not seen something like this before. Orders are only showing through yesterday 12/7.

We just got off the phone because the dashboard also didnt update after a disbursement. They have known issues but I was told specifically that they are not fixing it system wide at this point, they are only looking into things on a seller by seller basis when people call in.

I told the rep that sounded like the most ineffective yet Amazon like way to handle an issue.

At least the rep listened and understood and helped. The first 5+ didn't.

It gets worse day by day, today i got an item credited, shipped 12/4

Amazon does not care and of course seller support in whatever country has never heard of that problem, unbelivable

Now on your Payments page: "We are currently experiencing an issue that is delaying updates to Payments Dashboard. Amazon Seller disbursements to bank accounts are not impacted. We are actively engaged in resolving this issue."
