My Amazon Account is deactivated due to Section 3
My Amazon account has been deactivated due to Section 3. I have funds in my account. I appeal for funds disbursement but Amazon denied to disburse my funds.
When customers have paid the money and satisfied with my products then how Amazon can hold my money.
It means Amazon is also involved in fraudulent activities by not giving them their money.
I have provided them all the documents even provided them affidavit that I have no connection with other seller account.

"My Amazon Account is deactivated due to Section 3"
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.
"It means Amazon is also involved in fraudulent activities by not giving them their money. "
Actually, it most likely means that Amazon does not trust you to have authentic items and is required by law to not send you the money until you can prove authenticity.
There are two questions that need to be answered on Amazon now --
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK?
Not much else matters here anymore.

Well, unfortunately, since you agreed to Terms Of Service, they do not have to return your money if they suspect you were involved in fraudulent activities, as this is listed in terms of service. This is why I tell people to read terms of service repeatedly before they list any products. Once you hit the "agree" button you have agreed to Amazon's rules. Customer satisfaction means nothing to Amazon if the Brand Owner of your products does not want you to sell on Amazon. Amazon will throw you under the bus every time.

Hello @Seller_EDtmHf8fR2KM0,
You do not say why the account was deactivated. That information would allow me to research and provide documentation for your specific situation.
The Performance Notification from the time of the suspension should have the reason Amazon took the action. To go back and look for past Performance Notifications in Seller Central:
- Click on the 3 menu lines in the top left corner
- Drag down to Performance
- Slide over to Performance Notifications
Please post the notification explaining the deactivation.
If you can reactivate your account, you will then have access to any funds and could continue selling.
Please Review: Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement and Funds withholding policy
I look forward to your response. Thank you for reaching out on the forums.
