I can't talk to support while in Argentina

I'm trying to contact Amazon to clarify some doubts and I'm not able to formalize a call, as I'm in Argentina and using an Argentine number, and even so, when I click to receive a call, you don't call me and the call drops, What can I do to talk to you when I'm here?
