I cannot close my Amazon Seller Central Account
Hello everyone,
About 1.5 years ago, my Canada, Mexico, UAE and Saudi Arabia stores were suspended. I solved the problem and my stores were reactivated; but then they were closed again with the opening suspend. For 1.5 years, I could not open it and the account is now in Suspend status. I want to permanently close all my accounts because I no longer want to operate on Amazon; but;
When I follow my Account Info --> Account Management --> Close Account steps, there is no option to close my account. At first I thought it was my internet browser; but I can't close my account even though I tried in many different browsers.
Amazon also charges a membership fee even though I have no activity, no inventory, and no orders.
How can I permanently close my account, I would appreciate your help and comments.

You can't close deactivated or suspended accounts.

Downgrade your account to "Individual", then walk away.
You cannot close a suspended account; to close it, you must first resolve any outstanding issues.

Steps to take before closing your seller account
If you decide to permanently close your account, follow these steps:
- Fulfill any outstanding orders.
- Wait 90 days after your last sale to ensure the A-to-z Guarantee claims period is honored.
- Wait until you have a zero balance in your account (your next disbursement or charge date).
- Resolve all of your transactions with buyers, including issuing any necessary refunds.
- Confirm that your bank account information on file is up-to-date to receive a final payment.
- Check your Performance notifications to make sure that all the reasons for your account's suspension have been resolved and your account is restored.
If you cannot restore you account and wish to stop being charged monthly professional selling plan fees, downgrade to the Individual plan by following the steps on this page and no further monthly charges will take place.
