Amazon is not sending Disbursement Video Call appointment

Hi, I’m waiting my disbursement payment video call from Amazon since may, I already scheduled 5 times, last call scheduled was September 28, and on email said that Amazon send me a link with the video call 3 days before this date and it never happens, this is the 5 time that I scheduled a disbursement funds video call and they don’t send me my money back. 5 months waiting for this!!
So, what’s is going on @CR_Amazon ?
Can you help with this ?
I only want withdrawal my funds, and I only need that Amazon call to confirm my informations .. and that’s it

Thank you for your post and the screenshot you have shared.
Since we are past the date of the final call date (per the screenshot you have shared), you would have received a performance notification indicating the missed call with a new link to set up a rescheduled call. This may have been sent after either of the previous dates as well.
Have you received messages regarding any missed calls or when the call should have taken place in your previous attempts to complete the call?
