How To Improve Account Health Score?
Ive been selling branded products on Amazon for 16 years. The only problem I have with my account is always the inauthentic complaints. When you sell 1000s of units, you are bound to get these complaints. So the more you sell, the more complaints you will get. And it seems Amazon does not care about the % rate but rather the actual number of complaints you get. My account is now below 200 due to the latest fake complaint and is at risk of getting deactivated because of this. Amazon will not accept any of the docs I have submitted (thats another conversation).
In order to keep my account alive, I am trying to figure out how to increase my Health Score. Does anyone know if doing the following would increase my health score: Sell tons of cheap , non-branded products ( which means = no fake complaints possible) to increase the quantity of units sold without getting any complaints which will decrease the % of complaints per unit sold. I have heard that every 1000 units sold will yield 4 point increase in your Acct health. Is this true? Will this strategy work to increase my Acct Health?
Any other ways to increase my acct health score?

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you have encountered recently. I understand that you received an authenticity complaint which caused the account health rating to drop. I know this can be concerning given the risk that can be created for your account, so I do want to get you some assistance.
When a violation is received, the recommendation will be to provide the documentation that is being requested for the specific product in question. Do you have the invoice documentation that shows how the product was sourced? You mention the document you have not being accepted, was this the invoice?
The current system for the account health rating will have 4 points being granted to the rating for every 200 orders that have been successfully fulfilled. However, the recommendation for resolving the impact will be to address the violation that was received. If our team is unable to accept the documents that you have, your only option for removing the violation would be to allow 180 days from the initial violation date to go by for the violation to fall off on its own.
Please be aware that if the account is impacted during this time, the violation will remain on the account health page. I encourage you to refer to this thread with any information or updates that you may have so I may continue to offer support to you.

It means your supplier is not authorized by the brand to wholesale to retailers.
Also, you say you have a LOA from your supplier, that is meaningless, you need a LOA from the brand.

Not sure what you are doing wrong. Overall been here 18 years, this account is 5.5 years old and we have a score of 1000. We ONLY sell branded items and have ZERO authenticity complaints.
We sell 10's of thousands per month with not one of these complaints.
I would never continue to sell those items that are generating these complaints, as there is clearly something wrong if the same thing happens over and over! It is not a normal thing for branded sellers to face.
I would be more concerned with selling quality products than trying to game the Amazon algo.
Are you selling an item that YOU are Brand Registered for, or are you selling the same thing that many others are selling?
If you are selling non-exclusively, are these FBA sales or MF?
If FBA, you may be suffering from comingled inventory (its possible that another seller is flooding the DCs with fakes and anyone selling them will suffer).
Happy to help you to make your business better, but as I said, just gaming the system is a band-aid for the real problem!
