How to avoid other seller to selling our product in canada and uk at a crazy price
Hello ,
we are not talking about amazon selling globaly our product which is totally fine , our product cost 20USD and amazon is selling it for exemple 35 or 40 USD which is ok because they need to add the shipping and VAT.
But we discover some seller that are selling our own asin from our own brand in canada and UK at 180USD!
which can bring us bad review if some people buy it... and it is totally unfair for the customer ..
Unfortunatly we do not have brand registry access for canada and UK ... what is the solution ?
we need to protect our brand in canada and UK ? just for avoiding those bad guys ? or amazon understand that they are also hurting their platform and their own customer ?

Unfortunately, it looks like your only trademark is for the US. In order to action on any IP infringements in another region, you will need to add a trademark from that region to report this through Brand Registry.
