hello I’m starting to sell a viral product and I wanted to know does my logo or brand name need to be on the product itself. Even tho I’m technically not private labeling it. It a viral product I wanted to try to resell. Or does my brand name or logo need to be on the packaging it going to be shipped in ?

If you have it listed under your brand name then, yes -- the item must have the brand on the product or packaging. And not just a sticker on the packaging.

Assuming that you already worked with the brand to get you a letter or authorization and reseller permission, if you are selling this under your brand the brand name needs to be permanently affixed to the product or packaging. However, some products cannot have branding on the product itself (Such as jewelry) so it may depend on the product you are selling.
