We lost the “buy box” for all products!
Hi Amazon Professionals,
We have been selling on Amazon for years, well aware Amazon policies and doing our best to maintain our account health. We lost listings' Buy Box option for all of our products overnight with no reasons. Came back the next day, but only lasted a day.
Contacted seller support many times but none are able to provide solutions. Any experience sellers with this same issue, thank you for your advise!

The metrics you posted fall under the threshold so it's not that. Any Chargebacks? A denied A-Z claim would result in ODR increasing, so it's not that either. Where is your ODTR at? What is your handling time? Are you selling our own private label brand? or a national brand? If it's the latter, if that product is posted on another website such as BestBuy for example, with a lower price, you must match that competitive price or you will not be the featured offer. There are many different factors to this, not just account health metrics.
This does not usually happen for no reason at all - usually there is a trigger. After you investigate this, if there is no trigger found, then your featured offer eligibility is probably glitched. I have seen this before and the fact that you mentioned your featured offers came back for 1 day is troubling.
If all your account metrics are truly good, and there are no triggers on your account (chargeback, competitive price externally), a mod can push the investigation with the internal team, and they will restore featured offer eligibility.
You can also call your account health specialist for a review of your account, they may find something that you missed.
