€15000 reverification not passed after over 1 1/2 half months
I recieved the email for verification due to nearing €15000 in sales on the 15th of May, and submitted the requried documents immediately (the documents hadn't changed from the initial verification). Over a month and a half later I still haven't passed the verification and my disbursements are still paused. This is getting ridiculous considering the " can take up to 24 hours, and might take up to 10 working days in some cases"
What is the problem and can this be sped up, I keep getting generic responses from seller support.
