Order Defect Rate- A to Z claim
Hello,
I recently had an order (112-4680381-4444219) that shipped by LTL because of the size of the product shipped. The Amazon encrypted phone number was invalid so the freight carrier attempted delivery twice to the customer but unsuccessful because the customer was not home at the time the deliveries were attempted. The freight carrier was not able to get in touch with the customer because of the invalid encrypted phone number.
The customer ended up messaging me through the Amazon app and requested a refund because they did not receive the order. I immediately issued a refund within 24 hours of the request but an A to Z claim was filed at the same time.
This order counted against my ODR and is negatively affecting my ability to sell on Amazon.
Is there anyway this can be reviewed and reversed from counting against my ODR? I am not trying to get the refund reversed as I am in agreement but I do not feel this should be counted against my ODR as I issued the refund immediately and the delivery issue was not in my control.
Any help is appreciated.
Thank you,
Jeff
