I wonder how many auto refund? This was order #1 3-13- 2025 2nd order 3-14-2025 was a refunded order, returned product, Likely empty box sent back to amazon.

I'm a little confused. Is this a message you received? Did the buyer initiate a refund? If they haven't initiated a refund, I would simply put "No response needed" and move on. If they have initiated a return I would advise them to open a Safe-T claim that you can fight if you have proper proof your product was not sent out in bad condition.

Report as suspicious. Ignore the template -- for that is what it is -- and respond as if they are wanting to return. Keep it very very short and do not respond to anything in that template.

It's a new scam group and at least the 3rd post on this i have seen myself in the last 2-3 days....make sure you report the message, tell the "buyer" to please request a return.

I received the same message. The people sending these are definitely dropshippers.

They are making unauthorized profits by reselling your product and often try to increase their margins by requesting refunds. In short, they are scammers.

I recommend reporting them to Amazon and not issuing a refund.
