Account suspended in accordance with section 3

We have not been selling for several months. Five days ago, I logged into my account and discovered it had been deactivated. Amazon requested a proof of identity, so I submitted a personal utility bill, as the company does not have one.

The next day, I received a response stating that my account could not be reactivated because it was determined I violated Section 3 of Amazon’s Services. However, this is confusing and incorrect. We have not been selling, our account health is in perfect condition, and we only sell products under our own brand.

I have no idea what policy infringement Amazon is referring to, and I urgently need my account reactivated.
