Two weeks ago I went through Virtual identity verification. I've been waiting for a decision for two weeks now. I can't use the money from the sale of items. When will it be resolved?

I see that you have completed a virtual identity verification two weeks ago and you have not received a follow up notification with the resolution as of yet. So that the Forums community are able to guide you the best, I would like to learn more. Can you explain why you were asked to complete the virtual identity verification? Typically, if your account is under review for a specific reason, you will be asked to conduct a video verification call to verify information about yourself or your account. When the request was initiated, you should have received a performance notification with information about why this is happening. For clarity, you can post the performance notification here after you have removed all personal information, for us to review.
An account review can last up to 30 days while all requested information is being reviewed. Also, funds will be held during the review until all information has been verified. This information can be found in the help page I posted above.
