Address Verification Issue - Requesting Resend of Post-Card with Tracking Number
Hello Admins and Sellers,
I am experiencing an Address Verification issue with my Amazon account. Due to a problem with my address, I was unable to enter the post-cards previously sent for verification into the system. Amazon has a certain code sending limit, and since this limit has been exhausted, I cannot request a new post-card.
They informed me that the post-card was sent upon my support request (Case ID: 15924783971), but I haven't received anything yet. Since there is no tracking number in the panel, I cannot track whether it has been sent or not.
I kindly request that a new post-card be sent for Address Verification and the tracking number be provided to me so that I can reactivate my account. I would appreciate it if this request could be conveyed from here and also as a support case.
