Customer returns a cheap product and recieves a full refund
A customer clearly returned a different, cheap product to us (seller fulfilled) and Amazon gave them a full refund. No problem, I'll file a Safe-T claim! However, I should have known, Safe-T Claims only cover up to 50% if the item is "materially different.
If I want to buy the newest mac, I can then return some cheap Windows laptop? Looks to me like this type of scam is tolerated. :(
The for the amount of fees we pay, I feel Amazon should do better.
Bottom line, we were scammed.
