You only need to provide an invoice for orders marked as being from a BUSINESS Customer, or if the customer requests one. There are many online templates to use. Are you VAT registered ?. If not, then do not mention VAT in the receipt (not invoice) that you upload. If you are then upload a VAT invoice.
