Nowhere does it state that because you are not American you can't sell this product. Stop fueling the fire. If you believe your product is not prohibited, it is your responsibility to prove so. Do not compare what everyone else is doing, your focus is your account. If you cannot provide proof, then you can't sell it and that goes for anyone.
