Brand name spelling changed in search

I hesitate to bother you but have tried a few times with seller support. What I am reporting to them just does not seem to register. It could be the way I explain it however, it is the same issue that the OP of this thread has reported.
The brand name is "Neude" and Amazon search continues to change the search term to "nude". I am Brand Registered and my listings (parent and children versions) are correct.
My case ID is 16477605091 and was closed it seems but the issue was not resolved.
Would you mind taking a look to see if you see any solutions? I really do appreciate your help.

I searched for your brand name "Neude" on Amazon.com and the results showed the products from that brand. I also reviewed the case and see that the Support team requested that you open a case with Brand Registry. Please advise if you have already opened a case or if you still require further assistance.
