Brand Name Changed to Dycica

Hello,

Our brand name for ASIN B074T4KNFL was changed to Dycica. This product was listed with a brand name before the Brand Registry was established so it's not registered.

I tried several times to get help from seller support to no avail. Now, an overseas seller is selling under the listing we created & we are not allowed to sell our own product anymore. The case ids are 15905326071 & 15293698851.

Please help. Thanks!
