Why don't customers read the product description.
For almost 20 years, we have been selling our own home produced CDs on Amazon and believe it or not people still want them. 2 years ago we stopped packing them in plastic jewel cases for 2 reasons. The first is for environmental reasons. The second is because of the decline in demand, there are fewer manufacturers of jewel cases and the ones that are available at a reasonable price are terrible quality and don't survive the postage. On every description, the following is clearly stated in bold:
Note: Plastic CD Jewel cases and cellophane wrapping cannot be recycled so we have taken the responsible decision to stop using them. You will receive your CD in a smart wallet with the colorful insert shown in the product image, making this a perfect gift.
The packaging we use actually costs us more that Jewel cases did.
Why do we get reviews like "Great CD but no proper case provided" or "The CD came without a case" or "No case is this a copy"
My biggest problem is that Amazon make no provision for sellers to respond to reviews. Why are we not respected as sellers on Amazon?

Having had a look at your listing - no one will read a description that long. They just wont.
You'd be better adding more photos and showing a secondary photo of the product in its full packaging. You will get less complaints if you have the photo.
I note you aren't actually listed in CDs & Vinyl either - but not sure 100% on the requirements of that. UPDATe - sorry it does look like some are, but some might not be

Flip the script. Why do you not listen to customers and provide what they are clearly asking for in the reviews? Those particular customers are saying to them your product would be better with the case.
I would change the title to put NO CASE/PACKAGING something like that and I’d offer an option a variation “with case” “no packaging” then the customer clearly has to select no packaging/case.
This should help as the saying goes the customer is always right!

I think a bigger issue is with used items. I often find a used like new item gets the buy box and buyers always complain about the item arriving damaged.
I have to mostly sell my damaged items on ebay now.

Why don't you put a little note with each order explaining why it is packed how it is. Perhaps give a little information about your company and how you have produced CD's for the last 20 years.
Looking at your listings you are never going to get buyers to read the packaging information on the listing.
I would as others suggest add another image showing the item in its packaging. However some buyers never look at anything but the main image.
