Lost Buybox for no reason at all - metrics excellent

My entire inventory I've lost buybox. As of today. 0% buybox.

We are a high volume seller! 400+ orders daily.

Says "see all buying options" on any listing with no sellers on it except me.

One listing, store has 3 weeks longer shipping than me and priced higher, and beating me in buybox lol...

Something is broken today! Seeing others report in forum similar experience

Mods look at case 16610836671

Not only loss to us, but to Amazon too, customers are being shown worse offers and most likely skipping out

With your high volume, I realize these suggestions might not be anything new, but while you’re waiting on moderator or support feedback, it might be worth going through this checklist just in case it reveals anything useful:

  1. Price Strategy Check: In the Price Strategy section, look for any Buy Box losses flagged due to lower prices found on other sites. Sometimes even minor discrepancies can impact eligibility.
  2. Inventory Page Warnings: Double-check for listing quality warnings on your inventory page. Occasionally, even small alerts here can affect Buy Box eligibility across certain products.
  3. Sales and Traffic Report: To see if this affects the entire catalog (suggesting an account-level issue) or only certain products (indicating a product-level issue), go to “Business Reports” > “Detail Page Sales and Traffic by Child Item” and set the date range to the last few days. Look for any ASINs with a low or zero Buy Box percentage under ‘Featured Offer (Buy Box) Percentage.’
  4. Account Settings: Lastly, double-check that your account isn’t accidentally set to holiday mode—a rare issue, but worth confirming.

Me too, high volume FBA Seller with no issues. I posed this question to "Seller Support" in Case ID 16622438721 but as noted Support can't provide any answers. I'm guessing an algorithm was changed recently that is causing this problem, can only hope they are addressing it but can't say that.

Fingers crossed it is resolved ASAP or Christmas is over.

Here are the standard details they keep providing, none of the 4 points are the issue in my case and in your's as well I'm sure

We started the same issue on 11/5/24. Perfect metrics, 1000 health, 10 years plus of doing tens of thousands of dollars every day, and for no reason, the buy box percentage went to 0% across 40,000 SKUs.

This is another great reason I never scaled my business on this platform after reaching 6 figures in 12 months. This place is a total poop show. Everyday it's some new quirky bs with sellers getting knee capped for no apparent reason. You can bet amzn never loses a buy box opportunity. This is one of the very few examples where I wish the US gov. WOULD step in and regulate a poopily run big company.

Same here. No ODR issue, yet, sometimes it shows 70% or 0%, yesterday 30%, now 49%. It's a mess...

And Instead of the usual daily $20 earnings, I make nothing now. :-/
