We are not accepting applications to sell ERROR !!
My brand is brand registered on amazon under dietary supplements category beacause we are supplements brand and I'm the brand owner of this brand. i listed my ASIN everything was fine.
The listing is newly created and its ACTIVE and out of stock. you can view the product listing even now . but will not let me edit the listing.
It's not removed or anything and NO dog page.
ASIN: B0DTCDPVK3
When i try to edit the listing i get this message:
1. Selling Application
We are not accepting applications to sell:
- Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
- Other product(s)
- Our product is only new in condition, Always new condition only. I called support a few times, and they don't seem to help the issue.
- We are an established supplements brand, we only sell supplements. So when it says We are not accepting applications to sell it gives us no option. ( This is why we successfully brand registered our our brand under supplements category. We have also provided all the necessary invoices and relevant documentation to get approval and our brand was successfully approved )
- If we can provide invoices COA and any required documents for any specific ASIN we are happy to do it but there is no option to submit them anywhere as well.
- no amazon email or performance notification received to appeal or submit any documentation so those options are not there.
- there are other listings we created while ago has no problems. whatever the ASINs we are trying to create from last week all ASINS getting this same error, regardless of any product. so it's not related to a specific product.
- Again the ASIN: B0DTCDPVK3 is NOT removed (dog page). You can still view the listing. ONLY issue is i cannot edit or create shipment for this listing. when we do this we get this error message.
Please help me solve this error message. It's very urgent. As we could not make any shipments.
I'm respectfully requesting you to kindly have a look at this issue and resolve this matter

I believe you created a duplicate discussion after you posted the first thread HERE regarding the same topic.
