Rec'd fraudulent expiration date violation (product was NOT expired) - YET ANOTHER FRAUDULENT BUYER...
WHY DOESN'T AMAZON PROVIDE PROOF FROM CUSTOMER THAT THE ITEM IS/IS NOT EXPIRED WHEN SUCH A CLAIM IS MADE AGAINST ONE OF YOUR SELLERS?? I spoke with seller support who attempted to help but was not able to. I asked where can I, THE SELLER, SEE THE PHOTO THAT WAS SENT IN BY THE CUSTOMER TO WARRANT SUCH A NEGATIVE IMPACT ON MY ACCOUNT AND BUSINESS. I WAS TOLD THIS WAS CONFIDENTIAL INFO.... SERIOUSLY? I'M THE SELLER WHO SOLD THE PRODUCT TO THE CUSTOMER - I LITERALLY AM THE OTHER HALF OF THIS SITUATION YET AMAZON KEEPS THIS INFO TO THEMSELVES????

THE ITEM IN QUESTION WAS THE LAST ITEM ON THE PALLET. SELLER SUPPORT REQUESTED I JUST TAKE A PIC OF THE ITEM IN INVENTORY (WHICH AGAIN, I HAVE NONE LEFT SO NOT EVEN AN OPTION). MY VENDOR AND I HAVE CUT TIES SO GOING BACK AND REQUESTING MANUFACTURING DATES ISN'T AN OPTION. SO I WAS TOLD THEN I'LL JUST HAVE TO ADMIT TO A FRAUDULENT CLAIM BUT NOT TO WORRY AS IT'LL JUST FALL OFF IN 6 MONTHS?!?!?!?!?!
