I have selling women's jewelry on Amazon. Few days ago, many of my listings were classified as "children's jewelry" and compliance documents were requested for them.

I immediately contacted Amazon seller support and was told to appeal. My appeals were rejected and I received more compliance requests for my 27 ASIN.

I removed the "girl" words from the title or description of listing. if my issue not resolve, Amazon will remove the product sale if we don't take action before deadline, we stored a lot inventory in FBA warehouse.

I called again but the rep had no clue why my listings were classified as "children's jewelry". I messaged Amazon compliance team and asking what could be done to classify my listings as "women's jewelry" and NOT "children's jewelry. Here is the response:

Hello,

We are contacting you as you indicated the product you wish to list should not be subject to the compliance documents. We have reviewed your request and have concluded that your product is Children's Jewelry as per guidelines and subject to the compliance requirements. In order to list this product on Amazon you must submit the documents requested. This product may be removed if the compliance documents are not received.
