Vine Reviewer Provided Customer Feedback Instead
We enrolled one of our products in the Vine program and noticed that a very positive product review was left as customer feedback instead of as a product review. The customer said:
"Clean product without additives. It arrived quickly and is accurately described by the seller."
We're happy with the positive feedback but enrolled in Vine so we could get product reviews and boost our review rating, not customer feedback! When I contacted seller support to see if the positive feedback could be moved over as a product review, they didn't seem to understand my request.
Anyone had any luck with this sort of issue? This feels like a very straight-forward request to fix an honest customer mistake.

Amazon will not move feedback to product review or vice versa.
Do not ask the customer to change it.
Just be glad for the good feedback.

The information provided by @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6blis correct, feedback cannot be moved to a product review and product reviews cannot be moved to feedback. This is both a technical and a policy limitation. I would personally also not assume that this was in error as this is feedback about your service so it makes sense as a Seller Feedback.
In theory you could reach out to the customer to get context however as mentioned by @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl I would not recommend reaching out to the buyer on this.
Positive feedback is great for your store, even if it isn't a product review. Thank you for your understanding.
