Suddenly does not receive OTP anymore, what to do now?
I suddenly does not receive OTP message from Amazon anymore. My phone number had been able to receive OTP from Amazon for year, the last time was Fer 2nd .
Today, it just does not receive anything from Amazon , however, OTP from other sites still work fine . I currently can only use my phone to access my account. I am not sure what to do now .
Does anyone know how to fix this?

I currently do not see any issues with our system sending OTP to sellers, are you still experiencing this issue?
