child listings become seperated from parent listing (I'm not the brand owner)
Hi. So I sell shoes that I'm not the brand owner of. Three size variations have become seperated from the parent listing. I don't know why, but also because i'm not the brand owner I dont have authorisation to edit the listing anyway. What is the go to protocol when this happens please? tried getting on the customer support chat feature several times over the last few days but it's said unavailable everytime so far although I will persist.
