Section 3 Appeals getting denied
Hello,
I am currently fighting a section 3 deactivation for fraud, deceptive, or illegal activity. I am not from the US and require assistance.
I have submitted proof of purchase from authorized distributors, proof of delivery, and bank statements proving I am the person that purchased this. I have reached out to seller support multiple times, and they've refused to provide any meaningful help.
These are authentic goods, they do not meet the criteria for material difference exception, and have full supply chain docs. How can I format my current documents to help seller support read my documents?

So you are selling media?
And either way, Amazon has it's own rules. The law alone wont get you anywhere here.
Since you state you have purchased from authorized distributors and have supply chain documentation.....how does the "material difference exception" even matter here?
