Request for Assistance: Our Listing Has Been Restricted, and We Want to Merge original listing and new listing
Hello,
I previously posted in the forum about our listing being restricted, but since I see that the topic is now locked, I am opening a new one.

Original listing Case ID: 15833733931
After following Amazon's guidance, we created a new listing for the same brand and product, ensuring it complies with all classification standards. The new listing is free of restrictions, and we removed any details that might have led to misclassification.
We are now requesting to merge this new listing with the original ASIN to maintain our brand credibility and customer reviews.
If merging the listings is not possible, we request your assistance in correcting the errors on the product detail page of our original listing that caused the misclassification. This correction will prevent our listing from being misclassified.
Any assistance in escalating this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Hello @Seller_aYBSBfpSMfpxQ
The escalation team advised that the ASIN merging process involves evaluating several criteria, including the active status of both ASINs across various Amazon marketplaces. Please note that if one of the ASINs is currently restricted, we cannot proceed with the merge request.
Please refer to the appeal process by logging into your Seller Central account and checking for any notifications or messages explaining why the ASIN was restricted. Gather necessary information: Collect all relevant documentation that addresses the reason for the restriction. This may include invoices, safety certifications, or other product-specific information.
Remember, the specific process may vary depending on the reason for the restriction and the category of your product. It's always best to carefully review Amazon's policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and increase the chances of a successful appeal.
Regards,
Nano
